Please help identify problems and issues that arose as you voted at a polling place — or worked the polls — in Philadelphia. (This survey is not designed for issues with mail voting.)

For example, problems that may have
• delayed or prevented voters from voting,
• made it difficult for voters to vote or to have confidence in election results, or
• created difficulty for poll workers.

It may be a problem that you experienced as a voter. If you were a poll worker, it may be a problem that you witnessed, or that voters reported to you. We are especially interested in problems that could be corrected or avoided in the future by changes in training, equipment, policy, guidance or Pa. Election Code.
